Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity. You will be notified immediately and refunded if applicable.

Pricing

All prices are in AED and may change without prior notice. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability and terms.

Payments

We accept payments via Tap Payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). Card payments are processed securely via Tap Payments; no full card data is stored on our servers.

Shipping

All deliveries are within the UAE only. Typical delivery time is 2–10 business days depending on supplier and courier. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. COD orders may include an additional COD fee.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.
• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible but standard returns rules apply.

Liability

Nearbys Marketing Management FZE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use. Liability for direct proven losses caused by negligence is limited to the purchase price of the product.
